Is this for me?

Written for senior .NET engineers, technical leads and solution architects — people whose rounds are decided on architecture judgment, not syntax.

Is this another ATS tool?

No score. No keyword count. No formatting checklist. This is an interviewer's read of the document, written out in full.

Who reads it?

Read against 20+ years of enterprise .NET engineering and modernization work — 25+ application migrations, and the interviews on both sides of the table.

Do I need to sign up?

No SharpMettle account. The form runs on Google, so uploading a resume asks you to sign in with an existing Google address — that is Google's requirement, not ours. Prefer not to? Email it instead. Either way it takes about two minutes.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the launch phase. The assessments are building a body of evidence about where senior .NET rounds are actually lost.

What happens to my resume?

Used only to prepare your assessment. Never sold, never used for advertising, and deleted within 90 days. Submissions are collected through Google Forms. Full detail in the privacy policy.
